Public offer

This document is a public offer by [full name or company], hereinafter the Contractor, to enter into an agreement for website development services on the terms below.

Paying the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any clause, do not pay the deposit — write to us and we can agree separate terms.

1. Subject

The Contractor develops a website for the Client according to the chosen package and the approved brief. The contents of each package are published on the home page and form part of this offer.

2. Process and timing

The work runs in three stages:

• Day one — brief: agreeing the purpose of the site, the audience and the structure; the Client hands over materials.
• Day two — market and prototype: competitor review, style selection, domain check, quote and a page prototype.
• Day three — build and launch: markup, content, responsive layout, domain, SSL, analytics and the lead form.

The clock starts when the Client has handed over everything needed for the work: logo, images, copy or the answers to the brief, and domain access. Any delay on the Client side moves the delivery date accordingly.

The timeline may be extended by mutual agreement if the scope changes during the work.

3. Price and payment

The price follows the chosen package and is fixed no later than day two, after the prototype is shown.

The deposit is USD 100 or the equivalent in another agreed currency at the rate on the day of payment. The deposit counts toward the package price.

The balance is due after the finished site is demonstrated and before access and source code are handed over.

4. Revisions

One round of structural and visual revisions is included and takes place at the prototype stage.

Minor fixes within seven calendar days of delivery are free. Later changes are agreed separately or covered by the care plan.

5. Materials and rights

The Client warrants that they hold the rights to the materials they provide: copy, images, logos and trademarks. The Client bears responsibility for any third-party rights infringed by those materials.

On full payment the Client receives the source code and all access. The Contractor may show the completed work in a portfolio unless the Client objects in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

The Contractor does not guarantee particular search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or sales growth: these depend on factors outside the Contractor’s control.

The Contractor is not responsible for third-party services — domain registrars, hosting, payment systems or advertising platforms.
