This policy explains what personal data we collect on vibecode.style, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

• What you enter in the order form: name, messenger handle or phone number, email address, project description.
• Technical visit data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referrer and UTM campaign tags.
• Advertising and analytics identifiers stored in cookies.

2. Why

• To answer your request and carry out the work — performance of a contract.
• To issue invoices and meet accounting and tax obligations.
• To measure advertising performance and improve the site — on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner.

3. Who receives it

We do not sell data. It is processed by the services we use:

• Cloudflare — site hosting and bot protection.
• Telegram — delivery of the request to our working chat.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement through Pixel and the Conversions API.
• Google — web analytics.

4. How long

Request data is kept for up to three years from the last contact and then deleted. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Analytics cookies live no longer than the period set by the relevant service.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, restrict processing or ask for deletion, and withdraw consent for analytics cookies.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the site to work and are always set. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after your consent and can be turned off in the banner settings or your browser.
